Board Meetings take place from 8:30 – 10:00 am CT (unless otherwise noted) at Polsinelli, 150 N. Riverside Plaza, Suite 3000, Chicago, IL on the above dates. Subject to the requirements of the Open Meetings Act and the LPCA Attendance By Electronic Means Policy, Directors are authorized to participate in a meeting of the Board by electronic means without providing additional notice.
