Legal Prep Charter Academies provides a free, high-quality, college-preparatory education with a unique legal theme that integrates rigorous academics with real-world professional experiences. We serve students from traditionally underserved communities, preparing them to become ethical leaders, critical thinkers, and engaged citizens who will positively impact their communities and society.

Our Story
Founded in 2012 with a vision to transform education through legal-themed learning
Legal Prep Charter Academy opened its doors in West Garfield Park, Chicago, with a groundbreaking legal-themed curriculum designed to serve high school students in an underserved community.

Expanded partnerships with legal professionals, enhanced our curriculum, and began planning for our second location to serve more students.
Opening our second location in Indianapolis, Indiana, expanding to serve grades 6-12 and bringing our proven model to a new community.
