Board Meetings take place from 4:00 – 6:00 pm ET (unless otherwise noted) at 525 S. Meridian Street, Third Floor, Indianapolis, IN, on the above dates. Subject to the requirements of the Open Door Act and the LPCAI Attendance By Electronic Means Policy, Directors are authorized to participate in a meeting of the Board by electronic means without providing additional notice.
